When I first listened to MOON’s ‘We’re So Close’ I really loved their style. The song alters between twinkling synths and epic backbeats all linked by frontwoman Chelsea Davis’s captivating voice. The result is an arresting anthem of edgy alt-pop.
“Our goal with ‘We’re So Close’ was to convey a message of ‘hope for peace,’” says Davis. “We want to express a broad and positive essence to be applied to all people and situations. If we’re going to get along at all, it’s all about getting closer.”
