Nottingham’s Amber Run return with new song ‘Stranger’ and announce second album ‘For A Moment, I Was Lost’, due for release in early 2017.
The band have been quiet since the release of debut offering ‘5AM’, but came out of hiding at the start of this year with staunched, harmonious track ‘Haze’. Now, the quartet will return next year with their follow-up full length ‘For A Moment, I Was Lost’, and have release single ‘Stranger’ as a teaser for what we can expect from the record.
“Stranger is about being hopeful” explains the band; “about realising that sometimes you don’t get what you need but you’ll keep moving on regardless. At it’s root, Stranger is about how it’s worth suffering for your art. It’s about reconnecting with the thing you love most and remembering that nothing that’s worth having comes easy.”
